Quality Control (QC) is the process of inspecting products when they arrive at the warehouse. Trained staff photograph and assess each item to ensure it matches the order description and meets acceptable standards.

QC is your safety net. It gives you the chance to reject defective items before they are shipped internationally, saving you the cost and hassle of returns from overseas.

The QC process follows a structured workflow:

1. Arrival: The product arrives at the warehouse and is logged into the system.
2. Photography: Staff take detailed photos from multiple angles, including close-ups of logos, stitching, and materials.
3. Inspection: Items are checked against the order description for defects, sizing, color accuracy, and overall quality.
4. Reporting: You receive the QC photos and any notes on defects or issues.
5. Decision: You approve the item for shipping, request an exchange, or ask for a refund.
