Understanding Quality Control

Quality Control (QC) is the process of inspecting products before they are shipped to your international address. When you use a shopping agent, the warehouse staff receives your items, takes detailed photos, and checks for defects or discrepancies.

This step is crucial because it gives you the opportunity to verify product quality before paying for international shipping. Rejecting a defective item at the warehouse is much cheaper than dealing with returns from overseas.

When your product arrives at the warehouse, agents perform an initial inspection to verify the package is intact and matches the order description.

Photo Documentation

Professional QC photos are taken from multiple angles. These typically include front, back, sides, logo close-ups, and detailed shots of stitching and materials.

Quality Assessment

Trained inspectors check for defects, material quality, color accuracy, sizing correctness, and overall craftsmanship against the product listing.

Buyer Review

You receive the QC photos and assessment report. Review them carefully before approving the item for shipping to your address.
